We do share your name, mailing address and email address with third parties that are assisting Palpable Media in its fundraising and communications efforts, and solely for the purpose of providing those fundraising and communications services to Palpable Media.  No other personal information will be shared with any third party. However, we will share your personal information to: (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or (ii) respond to authorized information requests of police and governmental authorities.

How will Palpable Media address situations in which children under 13 provide information?

Palpable Media does not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under age 13 without obtaining explicit parental consent. If you become aware that your child (who is under 13) has provided Palpable Media with information without your consent, please contact us at the email or mailing address below.  If you request, we will delete your child’s Personal Information from the website as soon as is reasonably feasible.

How do I unsubscribe or have your data deleted from Palpable Media’s website?
